Process Executive - B&L
**Job Summary** We are seeking a Process Executive - B&L with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel MS Office and a strong background in Industry Essentials and Billing & Revenue Management. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with a day shift schedule. **Responsibilities** + Manage and oversee billing and revenue management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. + Utilize MS Excel to analyze and report financial data ensuring data integrity and consistency. + Coordinate with various departments to streamline billing processes and resolve discrepancies. + Implement and maintain industry best practices in billing and revenue management. + Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and statements. + Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. + Monitor and track revenue streams to identify trends and areas for improvement. + Collaborate with team members to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. + Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. + Assist in the development and implementation of new billing systems and processes. + Provide training and support to team members on billing and revenue management procedures. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address billing inquiries and issues. **Qualifications** + Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. + Demonstrate expertise in MS Office for documentation and communication. + Have a solid understanding of Industry Essentials and their application in billing and revenue management. + Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Show attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial processes. + Display strong organizational and time management abilities. + Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model. + Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. + Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. + Have experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance. + Exhibit the ability to train and support team members. + Maintain a customer-focused approach in addressing billing inquiries.
