**Job Summary** We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 1 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably have domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our day-to-day operations and help achieve our business goals. **Responsibilities** + Manage and process daily transactions and operations within the B&L team. + Ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling data using MS Excel. + Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress. + Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations. + Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices. + Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process execution. + Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. + Contribute to team meetings and provide valuable insights. + Support the training and onboarding of new team members. + Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed. **Qualifications** + Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel. + Should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience. + Nice to have domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. + Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills. + Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. + Should be proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
