We have an opportunity for a Process Excellence Specialist. This position serves to enhance and optimize our proposal and estimation processes across META (Middle East Türkiye and Africa. This role will support the Proposal & Estimation (P&E) Leader in organizing Management Operating System (MOS) initiatives and will involve in-depth KPI analysis and the implementation of optimization actions to drive continuous improvement. The role will also serve as an internal quality control, ensuring that the Proposal and Estimation team adheres to the highest standards and best practices. By meticulously reviewing proposals and estimates, identifying areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback, this role will help elevate the team's performance and accuracy. **Deployment of Processes and Tools:** + Implement and adapt standardized proposal and estimation processes and tools across META teams. + Ensure local processes align with global standards while addressing specific market requirements. **KPI Analysis** **and Optimization:** + Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for P&E processes to evaluate effectiveness. + Identify trends and areas for improvement through data analysis, leading to actionable optimization initiatives. **Support for META P&E Leader:** + Assist the P&E Leader in organizing the Management Operating System (MOS) initiatives, including preparing materials and reports for MOS meetings. + Collaborate with the P&E Leader to communicate performance results and optimization strategies to stakeholders. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** + Engage with supply chain, project management, finance, and other functions to gather insights and feedback to inform process improvements. + Facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure successful implementation of tools and practices. **Training and Adoption:** + Create and deliver training materials to educate team members on new processes, tools, and KPIs for effective adoption. + Provide ongoing support to address challenges during the implementation phase of new processes and tools. **Best Practices Dissemination:** + Identify and share best practices in proposal and estimation processes across teams. + Organize knowledge-sharing sessions to foster continuous learning and improvement in KPI management. **Documentation Maintenance** **:** + Develop and maintain documentation for processes, guidelines, and KPI metrics to ensure clarity and easy access across teams. **WE VALUE** + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in proposal management, estimation, or process deployment roles, focusing on process excellence and KPI management. + Knowledge of Honeywell's environment, including Management Operating Systems (MOS) and Proposal & Estimation (P&E) tools. + Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI analysis and implementation of optimization actions. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams. + Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. + Six Sigma or Lean certification or ITILv4 + Project Management Experience + Bilingual (English and French) Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
