To support our extraordinary teams that create excellent products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Process Engineering Technician located in Aguascalientes, Mexico, whose main function will be to provide technical support to the assigned areas PTH al wave solder, ensuring and complying with quality, as well as the efficiency of the lines.

What a typical day looks like:

Provide technical support to PTH/wave linesImprove and develop processes focused on cost reductionIncrease productivity and efficiency of PTHEnsure product quality and work on continuous improvement to keep yield within targetEliminate safety risks for line personnel, in addition to taking care of product integrity by avoiding the generation of Scrap

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

High school diploma (TSU or Engineering in Electronics, Mechatronics or related field is desirable)Knowledge of electronicsIntermediate level of EnglishPC and Office suite managementKnowledge of local and regional applications such as Agile, Flex Flow, etc.Knowledge of thermal profile taking and interpretationKnowledge of paste printer and solder alloysAvailability of scheduleTeamwork
