Process Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a Process Engineering Supervisor for our First Quality Retail Services located in Lewistown.  This position will be responsible for leading, supervising, and developing the Process Specialist to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment and systems. Foster a culture of safety, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices.

Primary responsibilities include:

 

Observes all safety rules and consistently utilize proper safety equipment.Lead and foster a safe work culture by adhering to and upholding all company safety rules, policies and standards. develops a safe work culture through adhering to and maintaining all company safety rules, policies, and standards.Ensure compliance of safety and housekeeping standards.Exhibit strong core leadership skills, including accountability, credibility, trust; demonstrate leadership behaviors that drive business results.Ensure coaching, discipline, recognition, and conflict resolution are handled in accordance with HR policies.Mentor and develop salary non-exempt reports, preparing them for advancement into their next roles.Complete annual performance evaluations for all salary non-exempt employees as required.Collaborates with Operations, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisors, and Planners to identify, coordinate, and execute work activities.Set expectations for work quality and provide feedback to Process Specialists.Share accountability for spare parts usage and repair compliance.Partner with Production to drive reliability improvements.Lead the development and implementation of process and procedural work instructions.Collaborate with Maintenance and Reliability teams on predictive and preventative maintenance systems.Interface effectively with Production, Engineering, Human Resources, Information Technology, Maintenance, and Quality departments.Assist in developing and managing maintenance budgets.Provide, organize, and administer technical training for Process Specialists.Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations.Supervise, direct, coordinate, and train all Parts Room personnel.Performs other duties as assigned.

Self-starter with strong organizational and leadership abilities.Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in and manage a team-oriented environment.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPrior computer experience (preferred).
