Global Science & Technology (GST), a well-established scientific and high technology firm, is seeking an experienced individual to handle Program Management Support and act as a Process Engineering Specialist in support of GST's NOAA's Office of Space Commerce (OSC) Traffic Coordination System for Space (TraCSS) program. This position is based in Washington, DC. A weekly hybrid on-site, off-site work schedule is in place.
This candidate will establish data and process management baselines and provide program tracking, analysis, and management support for the NOAA OSC TraCSS program manager.\n
Primary Duties include:\n
Establish tools and applications to organize a dynamic workflow
• Develop, maintain and update SmartSheet applications
• Help define, track, and manage schedule, risk items, and open program actions
• Serve as the lead for program documentation configuration control
• Work with the graphics team to ensure that presentation materials are prepared, configuration controlled, and up-to-date
• Track deliverables and devise, manage, and maintain a filing, storage, and documentation system for the TraCSS program documentation
• Oversee logistics and organize the scheduling and execution of monthly TraCSS webinars
• Gather and evaluate feedback from webinars
• Manage and update the TraCSS engagement calendar
• Maintain and update SmartSheet applications
• Collaboration with Program Management teams for process standardization, improvement, and project transition using Agile and Waterfall methodologies\n

Requirements include:\n
• U.S. citizenship is required\n
• B.S. degree in Business, or technical field, e.g., engineering, computer science with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Or Associate's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
