Process Engineering Manager
**Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Manager to lead our process engineering team in the uLED industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of processes and equipment for our products. **Required Skills:** Process Engineering Manager Responsibilities: 1. Process Development and Optimization: Lead the development and optimization of uLED manufacturing processes using state-of-the-art semiconductor equipment, including etch, lithography, deposition, CMP, electroplating, wet processing, and bonding 2. Technology Transfer: Work with partners to successfully transfer technologies from development sites to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring seamless integration and scalability 3. Yield Enhancement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase yields, reduce defectivity, and enhance overall process efficiency 4. Process Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and technologies into existing manufacturing flows 5. Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of process engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team members meet their goals and objectives. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment 6. Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the selection and procurement of optimal equipment and tools. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance 7. Equipment and Tool Management: Oversee the installation, qualification, and maintenance of process equipment and tools. Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Support implementation of programs working with equipment suppliers and partners to improve tool reliability utilizing approaches such as TPM and FDC 8. Process and Equipment Control and Monitoring: Develop and implement process control plans, monitor process performance, and take corrective action when necessary 9. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all processes and procedures comply with safety and environmental regulations **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 10. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a preference for a Master's degree or PhD in Physics, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field 11. 8+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role 12. Possesses extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies, specifically at 0.35µm and smaller nodes 13. Proven track record of driving process improvements and yield enhancements 14. Demonstrated history of effectively leading technical engineering teams, clear communication skills, and proficient problem-solving skills 15. Experience in collaborating with vendors and partners for equipment and tool selection 16. Understanding of key processes and technology transfer requirements 17. Demonstrated knowledge of SPC, FMEA, FDC, DOE’s, 8D, data analysis methods and other methodologies required to execute key responsibilities **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 18.
