Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

Ensures that the production process aligns with the project targets, approves the design, both for internal or external developed process, and performs the final test in accordance with the projects data.  Ensures the efficiency of all external production processes. Defines production costs and the sequence of the working phases of a new production process to minimize cost and maximize quality.Develops and proposes the estimated budget of investments necessary for the development of new products and processes.  Supports the Supply Chain Management department in selecting suppliers, evaluating the technology and capacity, and determining the best option.Cooperates with R&D or international teams in the optimization of technical standards and supports engineers in the definition or configuration of new design rules. Evaluates new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost.Reinforces and maintains a culture of health & safety in all production development initiatives.Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

Bachelor’s degree or above, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering/Technical background is preferredFamiliar with smart manufacturing, with 10 years working experience in factory and more than 5 years in people management.Familiar with low voltage products, eg, ACB, MCCB, fusegear, ATS are preferred. Be fluent in both written and spoken English Leadership on change managementGood collaborating skills, problem-solving skill
