Promote and participate in ICare's initiatives: if you see something, do something. Respond to and resolve in a timely manner the problems that may affect the quality, safety or effectiveness of the product or the regulatory consistency of the process. Continuously seek regulatory excellence in its process This position requires a basic-medium level of technical knowledge and experience in maintenance work, with a high vocation for customer serviceWhat you'll be doing:Plan, coordinate and execute; engineering studies, validations, FOC's, resolution of manufacturing quality problems in existing production processes, support in the execution of project implementation plans, etc.For the execution of their work, daily communication is required with Corporate Tech Center, Corporate Projects Managers and Research and Development, guaranteeing the correct flow and local implementation of the projectsDuring project planning, it performs impact evaluation of process changes, involving: personnel, machinery, materials, and ensuring the efficiency and quality of the product.Be part of the company's Tiers and information shelling structure, providing support in the improvement of processes.Responsible for the schedule of the projects in charge, guaranteeing the implementation on time.Actively participate in the company's PRB (Project Review Board) meeting and provide informationRelated to its projects, communicating financial impacts and status on the implementation date according to plan.7. Carry out financial analyses and qualitative benefits associated with the projects proposed or in execution.8. Manage the Warehouse and Laboratory of Products and Processes according to the requirements of the program6 ́S and safety.9. Due to the nature of the functions, interaction with other areas of the company, such asSupply Chain, Finance, Maintenance, Sterilization, Production, among others, is required to efficiently attend to issues related to products and processes.10. Apply problem solving according to the DMAIC methodology.11.
