Process Engineer Sustaining 1 Job Description: 1. To develop/evaluate new product/process/material/equipment. 2. To provide written specifications for new equipment and provide commissioning report. 3.  To analysis and compiled capability studies and improvement. 4. To generate and update Work Instructions, FMEA, Control Plans on equipment in his designated process. 5. To ensure designated projects given by his superiors are completed on time, such as cost down/process optimization and yield improvement. 6. To find root causes and provide corrective actions for major quality issues, such as NCMR or customer complaints. 7. To train production for new processes and new equipment. Education &Training: 1. Bachelor's degree, major in mechanical engineering and chemical engineering 2. Fluent Chinese and English in reading and writing 3. QC tools training, familiar with FMEA, Control Plan, DOE and SPC 4. Have improvement action analysis Experience: 1. 0~2 years PCB process or relate work 2. Review customers specification to ensure compliance. 3. Process and product yield improvement 4. Cost reduction improvement.
