Process Engineer RPT
**Position Summary:** Ensure high quality, materials (elastomers, fabrics, coated fabrics, adhesives) are available for use in RPP diaphragms. Ensure materials and associated supply chain are sustained and available for customer applications and meet RPP requirements for manufacturability and environmental impact. Sustain manufacturing processes to improve quality and productivity. **Who You Are:** You build and delivers solutions that meet customer expectations and establishes and maintains effective customer relationships. You are able to Identify and seize new opportunities, Displaying a can-do attitude in good and bad times. **Essential Job Functions:** MATERIALS + Support RPP team on sourcing or material issues that need to be dispositioned in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Programs. OPERATIONS: + Troubleshoot & resolve processing and raw material issues on the shop floor for effective conversion of raw materials to finished diaphragm products. + Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout using Lean Manufacturing Concepts + Develops and maintains positive relationships with co-workers – works collaboratively to resolve problems. + New products implementation. BOM & routings for products introduction in Oracle as well as internal requirements + Drawings control management & drawings revision level upgrade PROJECT MANAGEMENT + Maintain accurate records associated with production / processes. + Work with outside materials resources and customers Project Teams to reach specified goals. SAFETY: + Wear Personal Protective Equipment as designated at all times. + Mentor employees to address any unsafe behavior witnessed in shop or office and notify supervisor of the person you have addressed. + Recommend safety improvements to supervisor or committee members. + Understand safety procedures including but not limited to fire safety and usage of presses, knives/scissors, and protective gloves. + Ensure safety in the workplace. + Report issues to Human Resources and appropriate leaders where concerns are present. MISSION/COMPANY STANDARDS: + Maintain Company property, supplies, and equipment in a manner that demonstrates ownership and accountability. + Demonstrate agreement with scheduling requests to meet Company needs. + Meet attendance and punctuality expectations. + Adhere to Company policies and procedures. + Honor and protect Company confidentiality. + Know and understand the Company mission in relation to own job position. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Engineering Degree. + 2 years of experience in process engineering, quality, production required. + Last 2 performance review at least expected or/ and Outstanding. + Intermediate English ( TOEIC 400-600 points) + Experience in a Lean environment strongly preferred + Proven success in implementing continuous improvement preferred + Effective oral and written communication skills + Ability to plan, organize, and multi-task to meet deadlines + Self-starter with a positive outlook and motivated attitude + Detail oriented and well organized + Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications + Experience specifically in the diaphragm molding industry and purchasing and material supply chain experience.
