**Position Title: Process Engineer** **Location:** Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO **Relocation Assistance:** None available at this time **Remote/Telework:** NO - Not available for this position **Clearance Type:** DoD Secret **Shift:** Day shift **Travel Required:** Up to 10% of the time **Description of Duties:** The **Process Engineer** supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: • Develop and refine systems engineering and configuration management processes, procedures, and methodologies • Create process documentation, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training material • Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities • Design future state process maps and implementation roadmaps • Facilitate process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities • Create metrics and reporting frameworks • Conduct process audits and compliance assessments **The successful candidate will:** • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Be detail-oriented with strong documentation skills • Have effective communication and presentation skills **Resumes, in month and year format, must be submitted with application in order to be considered for the position. The selected candidate may be assigned as an employee for one of our teammate companies.** **Basic Requirements:** • Must have 3, or more, years of experience in process engineering, **or** related field • Must have experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) • Must have experience with process modeling tools • Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance **Desired Requirements:** • Have a Bachelor’s degree any STEM related field • Have a Process Improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) This position is expected to pay **$100,000 - $135,000** annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position. This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
