**Job Description:**
Arranges Process Engineering Supply Chain project plans, key milestones, and objectives to ensure engineering outputs meet customer’s operational needs and requirements.
Applies key knowledge to Process Engineering non-conformance, subsequent corrective, and preventive actions, by documenting, investigating, and conducting root cause analysis, and successfully implementing corrective actions.
Builds key performance process engineering reports to escalate to management, along with status updates relative to success in meeting critical goals and objectives.
Carriers out process validations on all ongoing Process Engineering initiatives for subsequent operational integration and supply chain implementation.
Assists with Process Engineering Technician activity, supporting and enforcing site-specific safety and industrial hygiene requirements.
Communicates and escalates in a timely manner, any Process Engineering issues or concerns to the next management level.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

**We are searching for the best talent for PROCESS ENGINEER II to be in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.**
**You will be responsible for:**
· Identifies, designs and develops the necessary equipment.
· Performs material tests.
· Studies the processes to implement improvements.
· Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.
· Assists technicians and engineers about unusual problems.
· Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment that meets safety and environment requirements.
· Performs activities of process/product validation.
· Can supervise, coordinate and technically revise the work of a limited group of technicians.
· Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
· Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition
· Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
· Performs other duties assigned as needed
**Requirements:**
**Education:**
· Engineering, any specialty.
· Masters in Science is recommendable.
· Preferably 2 years in a similar position.
· Preferably knowledge in the medical industry
**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
· Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation, preferably in the medical industry.
· Experiment design
· SPC knowledge
· Management of statistical procedures.
· Knowledge of computer programs.
· Oral and written communication in Spanish and English, preferably.
· Process Engineer II, Senior and Staff: Strong comprehension of standard costs and work standards.
· Process Engineer Senior and Staff: Knowledge of productive processes.
· Process Engineer Staff: Experimental Engineering techniques.
· 80% English required
