Process Engineer / Change Agent
The Impact You'll Make

As our Process Engineer / Change Agent, you’ll play a key role in optimizing and continuously improving our manufacturing processes to ensure high efficiency, product quality, and operational excellence at our BOCK – Danfoss site in Kostelec, Czech Republic.

Your impact? You’ll help increase productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen our ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Your work will directly contribute to more efficient production and support the long-term success of our facility and customer satisfaction.

You’ll collaborate closely with the production team, engineering, and quality departments, and take ownership of process monitoring, analysis, and improvement initiatives—driving us toward a more efficient and future-ready manufacturing environment.

 

 

What You’ll Be Doing Planning and Improvement: Creating and maintaining an annual development plan for the plant, including activities aimed at improving productivity. Regular (at least annual) identification of improvement potential across all shifts, with participation from the local team and continuous updates throughout the year. Creating quarterly tactical implementation plans (TIP) with key activities from the development plan. Management and Analysis: Managing the hourly registration system to capture deviations and analyze them to achieve set goals. Supporting the production team in addressing the root causes of production deviations (RCPS). Daily updates of RCPS boards according to standards. Weekly audit of the production hall and checking the results of audits conducted by others. Analyzing the production process for optimization. Project Management: Leading teams within smaller projects (workplace modifications, machine relocations, workplace ergonomics improvements, etc.). Monitoring, controlling fulfillment, and assigning technical changes. Documentation and Collaboration: Creating and modifying technical documentation and SOPs (standard operating procedures). Collaborating on resolving customer complaints (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) and internal audits (proposing corrective actions and executing them). Improvement Proposals: Generating proposals for improvement and cost reduction. What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Educational Background: A university degree in engineering, manufacturing technologies, or a related field.

Language Skills: Proficiency in technical English is required.

Professional Experience: Previous experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment is considered an advantage.

In addition, it would be a plus if you have:

Basic knowledge of NC programming in the Siemens Sinumerik system

Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
