Role Overview: This role supports manufacturing operations by providing technical expertise across various production areas. The Process Engineer will analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and help optimize equipment and processes to improve efficiency and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in operations involving printing, die cutting, and folding/gluing machineryCollaborate across departments to ensure clear communication and alignmentLead initiatives to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)Solve moderately complex technical challenges and provide actionable solutionsAct as a subject matter expert on equipment and systemsDevelop and deliver technical training across teamsMentor and support team members in applying process improvement toolsParticipate in daily operations to meet production goals or resolve issuesConduct root cause analyses and capability studiesMonitor and report on performance metrics for production areasCreate packaging specifications for new and existing productsEstimate costs and timelines for small-scale projectsPreferred Skills & ExperienceStrong organizational and project management abilitiesExperience with Six Sigma and Lean methodologiesFamiliarity with folding carton manufacturing or similar processesProven analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to overcome operational challenges and drive process innovationExperience in scaling up new processes or productsKnowledge of capital equipment procurement and ROI optimization

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $40.00/hr.
