Responsibilities

 

\n\n\n\n1\nMeeting with OMs and CMs to assess existing processes.\n \n \n \n \n\n\n2\nOptimize by designing process ideas, testing & implementing to reduce costs and improve productivity rates.\n\n\n3\nPerforming risk assessments.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n\n4\nAssess existing processes and workflows for effectiveness & efficiencies.\n \n \n \n\n\n5\nDesigning and testing process upgrades and new process systems.\n \n \n \n\n\n6\nEnsuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.\n \n \n \n \n\n\n7\nPerforming process simulations and troubleshooting issues.\n \n \n \n \n\n\n8\nPerforming optimization tests.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n\n9\nDeveloping routines and best practices to ensure effective operations\n \n \n \n\n\n10\nDeveloping standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.\n \n \n \n\n\n11\nDocumenting, tracking & monitoring data and reports to support\n \n \n \n \n\n\n12\nEngage teams and participate in Value stream mapping\n \n \n \n \n \n\n\n13\nDrafting strategic annual plan and quantifying assumptions and expectations\n \n \n \n\n\n\n

Requirements

                                                                               

\n\n\n\n1\nBachelor's degree in engineering.\n \n \n \n\n\n2\nLean & Six Sigma - either yellow or green belt\n \n \n\n\n3\nProven work experience as a process engineer.\n \n \n\n\n4\nExperience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.\n\n\n5\nAdvanced technical skills.\n \n \n \n \n\n\n6\nAnalytical thinker.\n \n \n \n \n \n\n\n7\nFamiliarity with process improvements\n \n \n \n\n\n8\nAbility to project manage.\n \n \n \n \n\n\n9\nStrong attention to detail\n \n \n \n \n\n\n10\nProficient with computer ( Excel, Presentation)\n \n \n\n\n11\nPeople skills, negotiation/influencing\n \n \n \n\n\n
