In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping jobs moving through the shop—expediting processes, solving bottlenecks, and ensuring production hits quality and delivery targets. You’ll work closely with the Shop Manager, direct a small team of machinists, and apply your hands-on machining or tooling expertise to keep work flowing.
