Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Process Control Plans (PCP), process/product validation, and approved improvement projects. You will play a pivotal role in day-to-day problem resolution, ensuring adherence to PCPs, identifying deviations, and issuing resolution status cards. Your efforts will drive the proposal of PCP changes for process improvements, ensuring gaps are addressed effectively.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure adherence to Process Control Plans and follow-up on any deviations.Identify deviations to PCP and issue yellow or red cards based on resolution status.Solve gaps in PCPs and propose changes for process improvements.Identify areas of improvement for each process based on customer returns, production performance, or process capability.Update PCP for each improvement and drive standardization and sustainability after implementation.Lead efforts in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in process engineering.Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.Experience with Lean methodology and lean tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsExpertise in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.Six Sigma knowledge, preferably a Green Belt.Experience in process improvement and kaizen.Familiarity with the medical device industry.Work Environment

This role is set in a hands-on, manufacturing floor environment. It is not a desk job, and it requires active involvement in the production process. The work environment encourages practical engagement with processes and technologies to drive improvements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $101000.00 - $101000.00/yr.

These benefits will be discussed between the company and the candidate during time of the interview / offer.

This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis,MN.
