Airswift is looking for a Process Engineer to support a leading client in the Energy-HRS sector.

As part of a collaborative team of 7 process engineers and 3 draftsmen, you will act as an expert/specialist, taking ownership of various projects while reporting to the head of the unit. You will serve as the primary contact person for customers in all areas under your responsibility, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and review P&IDs, verifying their adequacy against contractual specifications, piping sizing requirements, and process rules in collaboration with the draftsmen team. Draft detailed functional documents that define the operating logics for various systems and processes. Write comprehensive documentation to support the start-up of plants, ensuring seamless commissioning. Participate in training plant operators, utilizing your expertise as a supplier and boiler specialist to prepare them for system management. Provide head office support to on-site commissioning engineers, maintaining regular contact and offering troubleshooting assistance for issues encountered on-site.

Profile Requirements:

A degree in civil or industrial engineering. 1+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally within the energy market. Strong understanding of thermodynamics and/or boiler making is a significant advantage; knowledge of automation is also a plus. Ability to analyze complex technical data, identify potential issues, and proactively develop solutions. Proven ability to work collaboratively, support colleagues, and communicate effectively. Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are an asset.
