Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Description

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, operation, and implementation of manufacturing processes. Your role will focus on improving manufacturing processes to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and maximize profitability.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement manufacturing processes.Improve process efficiency and sustainability.Reduce operational costs and maximize profitability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing goals.Essential SkillsExperience in process engineering and manufacturing engineering.5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing.Proficiency in CAD software, particularly NX.Experience with GD&T and process improvement.Advanced analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred.Experience in mechanical engineering processes.Knowledge of aerospace standards and specifications.Understanding of manufacturing outside processes such as plating and heat treat.Familiarity with work holding methods and fixturing.Proficiency in inspection processes.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and meet multiple deadlines.Work Environment

This is a fully onsite position, reporting directly to the Associate Director of Engineering. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude while meeting various deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
