Your mission:This position plays a pivotal role in supporting safe, efficient mill operations by optimizing production processes, tracking performance metrics, and resolving process and control issues. This role contributes to capital projects, maintenance turnarounds, and the development of best practices, while also mentoring others and pursuing continuous improvement.
