Always follow work instructions and procedures as established through Olympic Quality Policy. • Modify existing reporting systems for new methods, new material specifications and new products • Create new machinery and process systems • Implement process improvements • Write and update procedures • Train personnel • Develop and modify foam formulations that meet customer and organization expectations • Keep area neat, organized and clean as well as follow 5S principles as they are appropriate. • Cross train in other positions as required. • Other duties may be assigned as needed by the employee’s supervisor. + To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
