Lead or support process safety activities to minimize operation risk.New Product Introduction
Own site process capability window and identify risks for any new products as part of the industrialisation process.Lead the coordination of trials and related data collection/analysis for the introduction of new product, new process, and new equipment.Responsible for site engineering accountabilities of industrialisation of new products and handover to production.Support APQPMaintain and update Flow Chart and PFMEA.Support pMFA implementation.Lead production system setup.Lead procedure standardization.Manufacturing Excellence and CI Improvement
Maximum plant productivity based on demand.Lead efficiency increase and cost down project to achieve department and plant target.Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency, profitability, and quality.In-time problem solving and quality control.Responsible for new requirements in Capex Project and full commissioning during project delivery.Own local equipment specifications and procedure standardization which including production equipment and facility equipment, liaising closely with Sector Process Engineering.Qualifications
Bachelor and above degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; or any equivalent relevant combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.3+ years experiences in Chemical industry, prefer in Catalyst Manufacturing.Familiar with statistical methods for data analysis*Industry catalyst manufacturing experience preferred.Familiar with CAD tools*Familiar with Six Sigma tools*PMP certificate*Fluent in written and oral English, well communication with oversea function.Ability to guide cross functional team to timely completion of objectives in production related Capex & CI project.Use Lean tools to simplify and standardize the manufacturing process and achieve continuous improvement.Can deeply identify potential opportunity for better efficiency and quality by self-driving.To submit your application, please click the "Apply" button online.
