Our client is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, and quality assurance of products, including cables, wire harnesses, robots, and drones. The engineer will also support production operations, manage drawing deviations, and contribute to the overall quality control and continuous improvement processes.

Location: Baltimore, MD area
Pay Range: $80-95k base salary
What’s the Job?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize electrical and mechanical systems, focusing on cables, wire harnesses, robotic systems, and drone components. Create, review, and update engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. Provide hands-on support to production teams in troubleshooting and optimizing manufacturing processes. Address technical issues and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and product quality Assist with ISO audits by ensuring all processes, documentation, and products adhere to ISO standards.
