Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Description

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, operation, and implementation of manufacturing processes. Your role is pivotal in improving manufacturing processes to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and maximize profitability.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Implement process improvements to enhance sustainability and profitability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process challenges and drive innovation.Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancements.Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications, particularly in the aerospace sector.Essential SkillsProficiency in process engineering and manufacturing engineering.Experience with CAD/CAM software, particularly NX Software.Strong understanding of aerospace industry standards and specifications.Ability to interpret blueprints and knowledge of GD&T.Advanced analytical skills for data processing and problem-solving.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.Experience in Mechanical Engineering processing.Knowledge of manufacturing outside processes such as plating, surface treatments, and heat treat.Understanding of work holding methods and fixturing.Familiarity with inspection processes.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.Work Environment

This position requires full onsite presence, reporting to the Associate Director of Engineering. The role involves working under pressure and meeting multiple deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
