The role requires a strong focus on quality, safety, productivity, and cost-efficiency in alignment with company objectives. **Role & Responsibilities:** + Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance metrics (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People) to identify areas for improvement. + Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, RCPS, and TPM methodologies. + Implement and sustain high-performance manufacturing systems aligned with global standards. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of improvement projects in accordance with annual manufacturing targets. + Manage Packing equipment optimization, including layout changes and automation feasibility. + Conduct training on Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis. + Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO13485, and GMP standards. + Use data analytics and engineering calculations to drive decision-making and performance enhancements **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related field. + 0-3 years experienced in production operations/improvement in multi manufacturing company + Advance data analysis / Scientific calculations to identify improvements opportunities. + Familiar with ISO management system, GMP, Lean manufacturing, 5s and on-site management in production floor + Strong communication, people management and influencing skills + Good command of written and spoken in English. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
