Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a talented Process Engineer to collaborate with our R&D team in bringing new products to full-scale production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and develop, implement, and enhance processes for chemical products. Your role will involve troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis to improve overall efficiency. Additionally, you will support the setup of manufacturing sites and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with R&D to transition new products into full-scale production.Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Develop, implement, and improve processes for chemical products.Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to enhance efficiency.Support manufacturing site setup.Maintain process documentation, including SOPs and Batch Records.Essential SkillsStrong knowledge of process improvement and process engineering.Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.Expertise in chemical manufacturing and process design.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, etc.).Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in equipment installation.Continuous improvement mindset.Work Environment

You will be working in a brand new facility equipped with air conditioning. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first Process Engineer on a growing team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $57.69/hr.
