Process Engineer-自动化装配 Requisition ID: 44228 Job Location(s): Haiyan, CN Employment Type: Full Time Segment: Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment Job Function: Supply Chain and Operations Work Location Type: On-site **Job Responsibilities** Monitor/improve the process capacity of the production line - Utilize the engeering tools like SPC/Cpk to monitor process stability - Improve the process capability to reduce the process defect rate - Report process capacity periodically Optimize the process to improve quality and productivity - Design/purchase fixture/tools to improve the process - develop/introduce the process for new product - Study and recommend techniques to improve existing products/processes - Lead small project to achieve the project objectives such as safety improvement, production efficiency improvement etc. Support production running smoothly - Solve the production line problem on time to ensure the production line running smoothly - Prepare the process for any temporary process - Analyze the root cause and take correct actions, put the action into SOP - Assist production operator training - Assist equipment maintenance and spare parts management Assist product management - Implement the product change in production line and submit the change suggetion - Support the special requirement of the customer, prepare BOM, process and so on - Maintain the BOM/Routing in SAP as need - Develop the verification plan for PPAP parts as needed Implement/submit change request - Evaluate the rist of the change, prepare the relative fixture/tools for the change - Update the SOP according with the change request - submit change erquest to improve safety, quality and productivity - Maintain the SAP PLM module, material master data, BOM, Routing and so on; implement the change in SAP **Background & Skills** + Bachelor Degree of Mechanical engineering or relative + 5~10 years experience of precise assembly; automatical assembly experience is a plus + Develop/update the PFMEA; Use SPC/Cpk to monitor process stability + Fluent English(written and spoken + One of the 3D software like Pro_E, UG or Solidwork + Six-Sigma Greenbelt is a plus **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
