We work to define and develop the next generation process and device technologies for TI; driving step-function improvements in performance and cost. **ATD creates word-class technologies by:** + Working with the business units to set process targets, including transistor and passive device performance objectives + Working with manufacturing to drive process and material development + Ensuring technologies meet cost, performance, reliability, and yield objectives **Responsibilities include:** + Establish targets and own process, passive, and transistor development + Establish unit process and process integration strategies to meet objectives + Support the development and ramp by executing process experiments (SWRs) + Model and collect / analyze device and process yield data + Working with design and system, productization, reliability and manufacturing to ensure the process technologies meets objectives The person performing this role must be capable to plan effectively, drive schedules, meet critical deadlines on multiple tasks in parallel, lead technical discussions in their area of expertise, and work effectively across organizational boundaries.
