The Finance Development & Operations team leads the integrated design of the finance operating model to secure fit for purpose, standardised and automated ways of working and organising within finance and GBO. The role of the End-toEnd Finance Global Process Owner is part of the Group Finance Function leading process and capability development related to Finance to support a simpler and faster finance to support the retail business while securing compliance.
*Please note the internal job title for this role will be Process Development Manager
What you need to have….
For this role we believe you have a Bachelor's degree in Finance / Economics or a related field combined with 5-7 years of experience with increased responsibility in accounting or finance related field as well as business experience. A big plus is if you have experience in building and implementing an SAP/S4Hana solution. In addition, you have strong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions and multitask as well as the ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English. On top of this, you have proven skills in developing people and provide support, coaching, training, and career direction to others.
You have knowledge in the following areas:
• Understanding of the IKEA concept, its Brand identity and Culture & Values.
• Understanding of the IKEA business, its market and industry.
• Understanding of business, financial and operational processes, their inter-dependencies and how to work through them.
• General understanding of how to assess, analyze and mitigate risks in a business environment.
• Good understanding of data science, new technologies, analytics and their wide-ranging application in business context.
• Good understanding of how to create and implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders.
• Good understanding of project management processes including methods and tools; and how to integrate them.
• Good understanding of the customer needs, demands and expectations on the markets.
You are a strong collaborator who is good at building alliances and working together with the team and other stakeholders. You are result-oriented and focused on meeting and exceeding the desired result. Further, you have analytical skills to examine data, determine cause and effects, draw conclusions, combined with attention to detail, i.e. thoroughness and quality in accomplishing a task.

This is a permanent role and can be based in one of our hubs in either the Netherlands, Sweden or India. Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilities Key responsibilities (text) • Lead process design and prepare basis for decisions with E2E process view and collaborate closely with relevant functions (Group Functions, GBO, Markets, and Digital, etc.).
• Assess and analyse the business benefit of identified process improvement potentials of specific processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives cross-functionally.
• Lead the implementation and establishment of the process ways of working and secure designed process efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Lead the process documentation according to defined framework (process maps, working methods, task descriptions, measurement specifications and learning material, etc.).
• Setup performance measurement (KPIs) for specific processes, secure connection with the other processes and follow up on performance.
• Lead initiatives and projects and act as specific finance process representative contributing to other internal projects, e.g. new countries, new touchpoints, new business model etc.
• Secure and maintain a connection with and between core areas, business owners, group functions, process teams within the Ingka Group.
• Secure cross-organizational readiness and continued business growth in terms of competence, performance and succession through enabling an end-to-end approach.
• Secure the monitoring and follow up the Global Business Operations performance and SLA’s.
• Secure consistency and interdependencies in the process development toward other connected processes.
