If you are interested in this position, please apply to this requisition. **Minimum requirements:** + Masters in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field + 2+ years of related experience in device physics and semiconductor processes **Preferred qualifications:** + Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field + Experience in SiGe Bipolar device physics and semiconductor processes + Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes + Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions + Ability to take the initiative and drive for results + Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery **Base Range Info:** Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
