Job Description

ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide dedicated support for the TETRIS project, focusing on the implementation and integration of SAP and TPS systems by:
• Helping the team connect SAP and TPS with production processes;
• Assisting in testing, documenting, and troubleshooting during system integration;
• Collecting user feedback and supporting system improvements.Assist in the configuration and setup of new products in the TPS system (E@syflex), an internal production management tool;Set up new marking codes on machines within TPS;Support order verification and correction in the SQL database;Help organize and conduct training sessions for employees on production processes and the use of TPS and SAP systems;Help monitor material consumption in production processes in SAP;Support the resolution of daily production issues during the implementation of SAP and new TPS processes;Follow health, safety, and fire protection rules;Actively participate in improving production processes following Lean Manufacturing principles;

KEY COMPETENCES

Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement toolsAbility to read and create technical documents and work instructionsBasic knowledge of TPS systems (e.g., E@syflex) and SQL databases is a plusBasic knowledge of SAP or willingness to learn quicklyAbility to analyze data and solve production problemsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of ERP/MRP systems.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.English at B1/B2 level
