Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to General Accounting domain.

Review team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requestsMonth End Close ActivitiesFixed Assets Capitalization and MaintenanceIntercompany AccountingBank and Investment ReconciliationsGeneral Ledger ReconciliationsFixed Assets Reconciliations (FA Clearing SL-GL)Identifying balancing items and its clearanceEscheat ReconciliationsCorporate ReportingInternal and External AuditSOX ComplianceFind opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements

Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualificationsB. Com (H)/B. Com (P) (Only Regular graduation, no Distant Learning)Significant experience in R2R domainPreferred qualifications Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR OpsGood Written/Verbal CommunicationMS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, MacrosIT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS OfficePartner Management experienceQuality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge
