Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Travel Expense Claims
The Travel Expense (TE) Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end support for expense processing, business travel coordination, and corporate credit card administration. This role supports our Concur Travel and Expense management platform, ensuring employee compliance with corporate travel and expense policies.
Responsibilities
• Execute and audit end-to-end TE processing; assist and support any remote TE operations.
• Monitor the travel mailbox for pending approvals and non-compliant travel activity.
• Manage and reconcile TE pay cycles using reports from Concur and the PeopleSoft ERP system.
• Oversee the American Express Corporate Card program, including weekly reporting (e.g., aging, cardholder usage, administrative data from Concur).
• Perform analytical and ad hoc reporting as needed by management.
• Address inquiries from internal and external customers related to TE accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, procedures, and SOX requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements for more efficient and effective TE operations.
• Collaborate with the travel agency on procedures and controls for the business travel platform.
• Provide monthly data for key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze reports and data, probe for additional information when necessary, and offer actionable solutions to address issues.
• Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
• Maintain strong customer service by meeting stakeholder expectations in both quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.
• Build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization, using tact and diplomacy.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Relevant years of experience in TE, Accounts Payable, or Finance preferred.
• Proficiency in Concur Expense Management System is a plus.
• Familiarity with the business travel industry is beneficial.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick learner and self-starter, capable of working independently or collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse information, think critically, and solve problems.
