Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Record to Report

In this role, handles accounts receivable process for moderate to complex countries/entities.

Responsibilities

Daily Activities

· Work closely with country Finance and CIR team to perform daily cash application for the 3rd party.

· Responsible for monthly Inter Company netting process and follow up subsidiaries with disputes/issues.

· Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of transactions.

· Responsible for the preparation of manual journal entries, if any.

· Ensure completeness of supporting docs of journals (i.e. basis for calculation, approvals, JV Templates, etc.)

Month End Closing

· Engage monthly closing activities for AR, such as provision of AR allowance and follow up of aged items.

· Provide inputs to the End-to-End Specialists during Financial Statement Review.

Balance Sheet Reconciliation

· Prepare monthly. quarterly and annual reconciliation on accounts with

moving balances assigned to the team

· Identify and investigate variances, clean up ageing recon items.

SOX Compliance

· Assist in providing supporting documents requests from SOX / Auditors.

· Perform related SOX controls.

Operational Rhythm (meetings)

· Participate in T1 Huddles.

· Escalating issues occurring on the production floor.

· Facilitate / lead T1 Huddles.

Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills

· Accounting or Finance related degree. Solid financial accounting and internal control knowledge are required.

· Experience in the accounts receivable process is preferred.

· CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

· Experience in Shared Service Center for multinational corporations is preferred.

· Able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders in the organization.

· Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

· Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Flexible for new assignments and willingness to learn. For example, ability to learn Legacy System (AS/400, PeopleSoft, etc.)

· Cross functional and cultural communication skills

· Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes

· Highly client service and quality-oriented mindset.

· Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload

· Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
