Inviting applications for the role of The Process Developer – Billing
Will be responsible for executing accurate and timely billing activities within the Invoice-to-Cash process, ensuring compliance with company policies, client contracts, and accounting standards.
Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices to customers in accordance with contractual terms.
• Ensure billing data is accurately entered into the accounting system.
• Verify customer information, purchase orders, and contract details prior to billing.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain and update billing records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations.
• Support process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, billing, or accounts receivable processes (Invoice-to-Cash preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
