YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage changes to material master data and complete necessary change applications as needed.Create and maintain essential product planning data according to valid procedures.Lead the implementation of global processes locally and assist in optimization projects, ensuring local needs are met.Enhance performance through ongoing optimization and effective data management.Document processes provide user training, and leverage analytics to identify areas for improvement.Oversee daily operations within systems, provide user support, manage upgrades, and ensure data quality and access.Represent regional interests in meetings, communicate requirements effectively, and promote a collaborative culture across teams.Lead improvement initiatives and create reports tailored to regional needs.Use performance data for ongoing enhancements.Potential deployment to various work roles: - Local Change Coordinator / CMC - Local Process Implementation SME - Local Key User - Local Master Data Coordinator - Value Stream Analyst - Other roles with similar magnitudes.
WHO YOU ARE
University degree in supply chain management, business studies, economics, countability or an equivalent qualification.At least 2 years of relevant operational experience in SCM, Manufacturing, Master Data, Product, Vendor and Customer Master data.Experience in various systems including R3, S4, H2R, OMP, APO.Advanced English Proficiency.Knowleadge in change management (Desirable).Strong understanding of healthcare industry and ability to leverage know-how in changing supply chain organization.Understanding of product lifecycle events and required local change processes.Comprehensive understanding of master data's impact and ability to manage and organize information independently.Decision-making skills based on careful consideration of precedents and adherence to established regulations.Ability to address challenges individually.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization.Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (from different functional backgrounds) to achieve shared goals.Understanding requirements of legal, regulatory and GMP/GXP environment.Understanding and expertise in using supply chain management software (OMP / APO) for planning, inventory management and logistics operations.Address and resolve issues with diplomacy and tact.Understanding product lifecycle events and required change processes.Good problem-solving skills for complex business problems and using analytical techniques.Analytical mindset, and a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.Understanding of the principles of Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) by fostering a culture of collaboration and shared accountability across cross-functional teams.Adjust to changing circumstances and respond positively to feedback.
