Supervisory & Administrative Tasks: • Basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents. **You'll have…** • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering/Engineering/Logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of working experience in a logistics planning position in a manufacturing plant. • More than three years of lean logistics improvement project experience. • At least 2 years of experience in system audits (e.g., process, safety). • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, constraint management principles, logistics planning, and management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook). • Familiar with ERP system background logic (SAP, MES, LES, etc.) structure. **Even Better, You'll Have…** • Experience in Automotive MP&L (Material Planning & Logistics) and Logistics is preferable, new warehousing and logistics planning projects, and logistics automation project implementation. • Analytical & Problem-Solving Acumen: Possesses strong analytical, logical thinking, and systematic problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
