Description
Contribute to the design, planning, and execution of complex multi-step organic syntheses, supporting process research and development within cross-functional teams.Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary groups to drive successful project outcomes and ensure alignment across development stages.Identify and implement process improvements, innovative scientific strategies, and technical enhancements to establish robust and scalable chemical processes.Accurately document and communicate experimental procedures, results, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.Author and review a variety of technical documents, including development reports, patent applications, and technology transfer documentation.Maintain a detailed, timely, and compliant electronic laboratory notebook in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.Other duties as assigned.Additional Skills & Qualifications
BS or MS in chemistry with 3+ years in pharmaceutical research or PHD with 0-3 years of experienceStrong experience with analytical instruments HPLC/UPLC, NMR, LCMS and strong knowledge of organic chemistry Experience with small-molecule process development and scale up experiencePay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
