What You Will Achieve
In this operations role, as an individual contributor you will:

Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years ofexperience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR
a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years
of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of
relevant experience Solid understanding of utility systems and process equipmentStrong understanding of industry knowledge of a regulated manufacturing operations.Working knowledge of lean six sigma principles and an ability to translate them into practical solutions to help drive CI.Administrative skills, managerial skills, technical writing, computer, and presentation skills. Effective written and oral communication skills. Excellent leadership, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills.Continuous Improvement or Project Management Certifications. Knowledge of Local Environmental, Health and Safety standards. Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.

This role is a standard day schedule Monday through Friday work shift; some off-shift support will be needed when issues arise.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $96,300.00 to $160,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
