Key Responsibilities\:

Specify, implement, and qualify assembly technologies, processes, and testing equipment for production lines with special focus on automation part and smart devices.Specify and control automation, network, and cybersecurity of the assembly line equipment according to Schneider Electric standard.Ensure the testability of new product offerings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for assembly processes and testing equipment.Ensure the deployment of the line supervision system (MES) on the assembly line for an End-to-End traceability.Optimize industrial performance by promoting digitalization, late differentiation of products, and standardization.Lead technical trials and tests to validate assembly technologies and support the installation and commissioning of equipment in manufacturing factories.Collaborate with suppliers for equipment development and ensure compliance with Schneider global standards.Perform risk analysis, FMEA, and detailed technical specifications for assembly processes.Drive improvements in energy efficiency and minimize CO2 footprint within manufacturing processes.Share digital expertise with local industrialization and manufacturing teams, promoting best practices and innovative solutions.Continuously look for innovative technology that could be introduced to improve efficiency and quality of assembly lines.
