Process Automation Engineer
**Description** SAIC is seeking a skilled Process Automation Engineer to join our team at SAIC/PBGC. The right candidate will have a developer mindset in an infrastructure environment. They will work closely with tool-specific engineers on ServiceNow, SharePoint, Security and Database technologies just to name a few. If you are a passionate technologist who thrives on problem-solving and working with a team, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** + Work with the client and engineering support teams to identify and quantify processes that may be automated + Define cost-effective solutions for automation using Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence technology, and other common tools + Create demos and presentations to show potential solution costs and benefits + Implement automated solutions and conduct regular reviews to improve efficiency **Qualifications** **Technical Skills:** + Business process reengineering and Workflow Design Skills.Candidates must be able to describe how they identify and improve existing workflows + Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Automate and knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Candidates must provide evidence of workflows they have automated and improved + Knowledge of REST API concepts, event management, and cross-tool connectivity. Candidates should understand how process tools may connect and share process event data + Basic data analysis knowledge.
