They will work closely with tool-specific engineers on ServiceNow, SharePoint, Security and Database technologies just to name a few. If you are a passionate technologist who thrives on problem-solving and working with a team, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** o Work with the client and engineering support teams to identify and quantify processes that may be automated. o Define cost-effective solutions for automation using Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence technology, and other common tools. o Create demos and presentations to show potential solution costs and benefits. o Implement automated solutions and conduct regular reviews to improve efficiency. **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** + **Technical Skills:** o Business process reengineering and Workflow Design Skills. Candidates must be able to describe how they identify and improve existing workflows. o Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Automate and knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Candidates must provide evidence of workflows they have automated and improved. o Knowledge of REST API concepts, event management, and cross-tool connectivity. Candidates should understand how process tools may connect and share process event data. o Basic data analysis knowledge.
