職務内容
日系大手金融機関にて、社内購買システムを活用し購買オーダーの作成から契約締結、サプライヤーとの調整、リスク評価まで、購買プロセスの中盤～後半における幅広い業務をご担当いただきます。
具体的な業務内容
・購買オーダーの作成、進捗管理、ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応
・電話・メールでのサプライヤーとのやり取り（オーダー発行・契約締結に関する確認）
・オーダーおよび契約内容の適正性・規範性の確認
・サプライヤーのリスク評価
・業務ニーズに応じたデータの収集、整理、追跡、レポート作成
応募資格
・購買や調達に関する業務経験をお持ちの方は歓迎します（未経験の方も意欲があればご応募いただけます）
・MS Office（Word、Excel、Outlook）の基本操作ができる方
・新しい業務を積極的に学び、柔軟に対応できる方
・日本語：母国語レベル要（ＪＰＬＴ１級必須）
・Excel:VLook、Indevx、Matchが使える方歓迎

・勤務時間： 月曜日～金曜日 8:40 – １７:１0
・休日： 土日祝日、年末年始休暇
