Process Architect/Service Design-1

Job Description Responsible for creating process strategies to optimize productivity, eliminate wastefulness and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards of marketing programs. Will also be responsible for documentation, cascade and implementation of these processes and measurement of its impact.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process Analysis and Assessment - conduct process assessments through process mapping, value stream analysis and root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Process Redesign and Optimization - Work with management and various divisions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency,  reduce waste in resources and identify automation opportunities; 

Documentation 

Document current and future state processes, including workflows, procedures and guidelines

Prepare references to support process changes and ensure sustainability.

Change Management and Change Execution

Develop and implement plans and framework to ensure successful adoption of process changes.  

Support engagement of stakeholders to communicate the need for change and address concerns

Govern implementation of planned process improvements

Performance Measurement, Monitoring and Reporting

Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process transformation initiatives.

Monitor performance against targets and identify areas for further optimization

Report updates on process transformation initiatives.

Continuous Improvement - 

Establish ceremonies, routines and mechanisms for gathering and incorporating feedback to refine processes over time

KPIs:

GSR, TCO, ROMI, Benefits Realization

Efficiency Improvement (eg: Cycle Time, Predictability Rate, Cost reductions)

Implementation of Key Initiatives
