Process and Continuous Improvement Analyst

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lima. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Process and Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for process flow analysis and procedure documentation, managing various continuous improvement and technology projects. You will support regional and local projects that enhance multiple areas and contribute to cross-organizational initiatives.

We will count on you to:

Conduct process flow analysis and documentation.Manage diverse continuous improvement projects.Support regional and local initiatives across various departments.Collaborate on cross-functional projects to enhance organizational efficiency.

What you need to have:

A degree in Industrial Engineering.At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement processes and project management.Proficiency in Visio, Project, and Power BI (must have).Intermediate English skills.

What makes you stand out:

Knowledge of RPA and Power Automate (preferred).Familiarity with insurance processes (preferred).Experience with BPM, Kaizen, PDCA, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, and canvas methodologies.
