Role Responsibilities:

Manage daily inflow of queries and service requests in STP.Language expertise in Spanish and englishEnsure timely and accurate resolution of queries and service requests.Display a high level of ownership and expertise for addressing queries and service requests.Highlight escalations and high priority issues and ask for support where required.Actively participate in performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous process and service improvement.Provide inputs to improve cycle time for service request resolutions.Provide training and guidance to new team members.Provide expertise in complex cases.Act as back up to the team.Provide inputs on queries and service requests and provide plans to improve reduction in queries.Provide inputs for improvement of user experience.Maintaining and enriching the knowledge base, creating an active repository of case management resolutions.Consistently upskilling and reskilling oneself and seek opportunities to learn processes end to endEnsure all the relevant PTP controls are operated and adhered to in their area of work.

Experience / skills required:

Qualifications

University graduate.

Experience

2-3 years experience in a computerised accounting department of an organisationExposure to Service Desk/Help DeskExposure to Case management systemsCustomer care and team playing skills.Conversant with Purchase to Pay SAP application.

Essential Skills:

Customer facing experience.Passionate about customer/user experienceExcellent communications skills.Good understanding of AP processUnderstanding of accounting
