Responsibilities and Tasks:Implement and manage Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and improve production quality.Apply Advanced Process Control (APC or Run-to-Run) techniques to improve manufacturing processes.Apply Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) methodologies to identify and resolve production issues.Leverage Data Intelligence (DI) tools to analyze and interpret complex data sets, driving decision-making.Engage with multifaceted teams to craft and put into action process improvements.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, strictly adhering to quality control protocols.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production line or engineering role within the semiconductor field.Hands-on experience with TCB (Thermocompression Bonding), Die Bond, Flip Chip, or AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) technologies.Possessing strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record of implementing process improvements effectively.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.Proficient in conversational English, with a TOEIC score of 600 or higher.
