Over de functie

Als Procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, mengen en/of afleveren van chemische producten die worden gebruikt in onze productieprocessen. Je werkt met precisie en volgens strikte veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen. Je draagt bij aan een soepel verlopend productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat onze hoogwaardige coatingsproducten correct worden samengesteld en verpakt.

Wat ga je doen?

Instellen en bedienen van productie-installaties en mengapparatuur.Nauwkeurig afwegen en mengen van grondstoffen volgens recepturen.Verwijderen en afvoeren van chemisch afval, oplosmiddelen en zuren.Uitvoeren van onderhoud aan productie-installaties en reiniging van apparatuur (zoals glasbuizen en ovens).Signaleren en oplossen van storingen of afwijkingen in het proces.Werken volgens veiligheids-, milieu- en hygiënevoorschriften.

Wat breng je mee?

MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting procestechniek of chemie.Ervaring in een productieomgeving met chemische processen is een pré.Technisch en procesmatig inzicht.Nauwkeurige en verantwoordelijke werkhouding.Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken (indien van toepassing).Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
