Met circa 30 collega’s werk je aan de productie van watergedragen polymeren voor interne en externe klanten. Naast de productieafdeling is is er ook een PCD lab en een consumer Brands lab, waar onze producten ontwikkeld en getest worden. Sherwin-Williams is opzoek naar een ambitieuze medewerker die een belangrijke bijdrage kan leveren in de uitbereiding van onze organisatie. Waarbij wij graag in je investeren, bijvoorbeeld het behalen van je VAPRO B praktijk. Als Proces Operator ben je de verbindende spil in ons productieproces. Je bent samen met jouw collega’s in de ploeg verantwoordelijk voor de kwantitatieve- en kwalitatieve productie output en ben je gefocust op veilig werken. In de functie van Proces Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en nauwkeurig uitvoeren van operationele stappen in het productieproces. Jij zorgt er namelijk voor dat de machines goed zijn ingesteld, worden gecontroleerd en dat de recepten voor het product gevolgd worden. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele productieproces, denk aan: procesgerelateerde administratie, zorgdragen voor een op en top schone werkplek (5S) en de machines voorzien van de benodigde grondstoffen. Daarnaast zullen we je ook vragen om mee te denken in verbeteringen en het eventueel doen van een verbetervoorstel.
